We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Application Engineer for SAP Financial Accounting & Controlling to join us on a high-impact project for a leading client in the automotive industry.
The new Application Engineer – SAP FICO will be responsible for implementing and supporting SAP FICO solutions to address financial business requirements, focusing on core finance and controlling processes.
Key responsibilities:
- Configure SAP FICO according to defined business needs.
- Work with finance users to prepare functional designs.
- Provide support for closing activities and financial reporting.
- Troubleshoot FICO issues and implement system improvements.
- Coordinate with the technical team on integration and data management.
- Collaborate with Solution Architect to finalize E2E ERP solution when applicable
- Collaborate with Others SAP Functional Module impacting finance to ensure E2E process are implemented.
You might be the perfect match if you are/have:
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Information Technology.
- Minimum 10 years experience with SAP FICO, including configuration tasks.
- Knowledge of General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cost Centre Accounting, and Asset Management.
- SAP FICO certification is considered as an asset.
- Based in one of the following countries: Czechia, Slovakia, Poland or Hungary
- Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written)
