Position Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Deal Desk Manager to support our growing Professional Services business. This role is crucial in ensuring the efficiency, accuracy, and compliance of deal structures, pricing, and contracts. The ideal candidate will collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Legal, Finance, and Delivery teams to streamline the deal lifecycle and support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deal Review & Approval: Evaluate and approve commercial terms for contracts, Master Service Agreements (MSAs), and Statements of Work (SOWs), ensuring alignment with internal policies and financial guidelines.
  • Policy Compliance: Ensure all deals meet company standards for pricing, margins, revenue recognition, and risk management. Flag and escalate exceptions as needed.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Serve as a key liaison between Sales, Legal, Finance, and Delivery teams to drive deal closure and resolve bottlenecks.
  • Contract Management: Review legal terms in coordination with the Legal team and ensure timely processing and execution of contracts and amendments.
  • Margin & Pricing Analysis: Partner with Finance to validate deal profitability and ensure appropriate pricing models are applied.
  • Process Improvement: Identify gaps and opportunities to improve deal desk workflows, systems, templates, and tools for better efficiency and scalability.
  • Training & Enablement: Provide training and guidance to sales and services teams on deal desk processes and policy updates.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in a Deal Desk, Sales Operations, or Commercial Operations role, preferably within a Professional Services or similar company is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of contract structures including MSAs, SOWs, and pricing models in a service-based business.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM, CPQ, and contract management tools (Salesforce, Ironclad, D365, or similar systems).
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Legal, or related field.
  • Experience working with global teams and managing complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote environment, supporting EST hours.
