NeuroNav

NeuroNav is a California-based organization dedicated to helping individuals with developmental disabilities live the life they choose. Founded at Stanford University in 2020 with support from the Stanford Innovation Fellowship, NeuroNav has developed its approach through years of research in collaboration with neurodiverse individuals, frontline practitioners, and experts at the Stanford Neurodiversity Project.

As an Independent Facilitator, NeuroNav guides hundreds of families through California's Self-Determination Program (SDP), helping them enroll, manage, and renew their services. The organization provides personalized 1:1 guidance and expert support to help families make the most of the Self-Determination Program, which allows participants to choose the services they want to spend their Regional Center disability budget on.

NeuroNav offers clarity of choice, stress-free paperwork handling, and tailored services through a curated network of providers and expert Navigators. Their services are 100% funded by Regional Centers, meaning there is no out-of-pocket cost for families. The organization partners with all 21 of California's Regional Centers and has built a collaborative team model ensuring seamless continuity of care for long-term partnership with the individuals and families they serve.
