NeuroFlow is a behavioral health technology platform that empowers payors, health systems, and the federal government with technology to identify and stratify behavioral health risk at scale. Founded by Christopher Molaro, a West Point graduate and Iraq War veteran, and co-founder Adam Pardes, the company emerged from Molaro's firsthand experience with gaps in the behavioral health system during his military service. While pursuing his MBA at Wharton, Molaro partnered with Pardes to create a solution that systematically integrates behavioral health into the full healthcare ecosystem, moving beyond engaging digital mental health apps to create meaningful, measurable change.
