Responsibilities
Complete timely provider enrollment and revalidation process; monitor enrollment status and perform all follow-up actions as needed for all insurance types, including enrollment and reassignment of commercial and Medicaid/Medicare programs for all states.
Work closely with clients and/or providers to obtain documents for enrollment
Respond to internal and external inquiries on enrollment statuses
Maintain provider documents, licenses, directories, files, and enrollments in all applicable locations
Track provider license, certification, DEA and professional liability expiration dates to ensure timely renewals
Qualifications
Required
High school diploma, GED
At least 1 year of provider enrollment experience
Proficiency with CAQH and in Microsoft Office products, specifically Excel, Word and Outlook
Preferred
Active Certified Provider Credentialing Specialist (CPCS) certification
At least 1 year revenue cycle experience
Experience using credentialling software
Associate’s Degree or equivalent work experience
