Requirements
- 12 + years of Salesforce development experience, with a heavy emphasis on Sales Cloud implementation for large-scale, global organizations.
- Recent Hands-on Expertise: Proven experience in a recent role designing and developing using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and advanced Flow orchestration.
- Sales Ecosystem Knowledge: Deep understanding of Lead-to-Cash processes, Opportunity management, and complex pricing/quoting logic.
- Integration Mastery: Proficiency in designing REST/SOAP APIs and using middleware/integration tools to connect Salesforce with external business systems.
- Agile Environment: Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced Agile environment with frequent releases and evolving business requirements.
- Self-Starter: Proactive and resourceful, with a strong 'get-things-done' attitude and the ability to navigate complex corporate structures.
- B.Sc. in Computer Science, Information Technology, or an equivalent technical degree.
- Communication Skills: Strong ability to translate complex technical architectural concepts into clear business value for stakeholders.
