People Partner Human Resources role at NETGEAR, a global networking company. As a People Partner, you will work closely with managers and employees to support the full employee lifecycle and build skills needed to grow into a senior HRBP role.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of progressive HR experience, ideally in a generalist or early HRBP capacity.
- Demonstrated experience supporting employee relations, performance management processes, direct manager interaction and coaching.
- Working knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across all levels of the organization.
- Proven ability to handle confidential and sensitive matters with sound judgment and discretion.
