The company started with a simple idea: Canadians deserve a better, more flexible way to buy home internet. When you're picking an internet provider in Canada, you usually have two or three big telcos to choose from. They lock you into contracts, bury fees in fine print, and send you to a call centre with a script. We built Netcrawler for people who want strong everyday internet, without confusing contracts, surprise billing, or being passed around when they need help.

We're independently owned and built in Markham, Ontario. We don't answer to a big telco parent, a holding company, or a hedge fund, and that independence shapes every decision we make, from pricing to product to support.
