Job Description

A day in the life of a AI Communication Specialist (Remote) - Short Term Mission for Large European Institutions Projects.

As a AI Communication Specialist,

Your main duties will be:

• Preparation and implementation of a communication framework for using AI internally.
• Preparation and implementation of communication campaigns and activities to raise awareness about AI.
  • Content strategy and creation, taking into account already existing sources of info and content.
  • Propose new ideas based on the project deliverables/milestones.
  • Design and organization of events/conference on the topic of AIs, both in person as well as virtual or hybrid.
  • Production of communication materials (articles, newsletters, infographics, scripts for videos, etc.) in collaboration with the unit’s graphic design and video production team.
  • Proactive review, updating and maintenance of existing communication channels on the topic of AI.

Qualifications

If you have:

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• General knowledge / experience with communication on AI.
• Experience in stakeholder outreach, coordination and events.
• Fluency in English, French is a plus.
