- You bring in 3+ years of experience in developing and deploying machine learning models in a production environment
- You have a good understanding of ML fundamentals such as models and approaches
- You are proficient in Tensorflow or Pytorch or similar
- You have experience and curiosity in the state-of-the-art methods in Natural language processing and information retrieval
- You are into the current advances in large language models
- You know how to make Python code production ready
- You know what Docker, Docker Compose or K8s is
- Attention (might be all you need)
- You are fluent in English and German
