The role
We are looking for a Head of TA Operations who will be responsible for designing, scaling, and running the recruiting infrastructure that powers Nebius’ growth. This includes global ownership of employer branding, HR tech/ATS optimization, data and reporting, candidate experience, and operational standards. As a core member of the global TA leadership team, this role drives the TA roadmap and owns the Operations and Employment Branding pillar.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Co-owning Nebius’ global TA strategy; leading the Operations and EB pillar.
- Designing and delivering a differentiated employer brand across markets; partnering with Marketing/Comms to amplify.
- Owning Greenhouse, HiBob, and related tech stack; designing and automating processes for scale, data integrity, and compliance.
- Building global recruiting dashboards, metrics, and insights that drive executive decision-making.
- Establishing global standards and mechanisms to continually raise the bar for the Candidate and Hiring Manager experience.
- Hiring and developing a new TA Ops/EB team; embedding accountability and a delivery focus.
- Partneringclosely with HR, Finance, and business leaders to align planning, budgets, and workforce insights.

We expect you to have:
- 10+ years in recruiting operations, employer branding, or TA leadership.
- Deep knowledge of HR systems (ATS, HRIS) and process automation.
- Proven ability to create and scale global employment branding strategies.
- Experience managing data, analytics, and reporting to a C-level audience.
- A track record of building new functions from scratch.
