Role Summary

NearSource is looking for a seasoned Full Stack Engineer to join a long-term initiative with a Fortune 500 product company. The selected candidate will work closely with global product teams to deliver scalable web applications, leveraging modern cloud infrastructure and agile practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in agile ceremonies with a high-performing Scrum team
• Troubleshoot and resolve code-level issues efficiently in a distributed environment
• Conduct code reviews to uphold clean, maintainable, and scalable code standards
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to identify, document, and resolve product defects
• Build and maintain RESTful APIs using microservices architecture
• Develop responsive web interfaces using the React framework

Must-Have Skills

• Proficient in object-oriented programming using Java, TypeScript, or JavaScript
• Experienced in building RESTful APIs with microservices architecture
• Strong hands-on expertise with React for frontend development
• Deep understanding of AWS services and cloud-native application design
• Skilled in working with relational or NoSQL databases
• Proven track record in agile development environments (e.g., Scrum)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Familiarity with scalable design patterns for distributed systems

Certifications

• AWS certification is a plus
