We are looking for an experienced Enterprise Sales professional to join our fast-growing FinTech!

Navro helps businesses smoothly navigate their growth into foreign markets by providing them with access to the best payments infrastructure around the world through one contract and one API. You will play a pivotal role as we scale Navro from Series A to Series B and beyond.

This is an opportunity to join a highly motivated, experienced, and high-performing sales team as we navigate the business into the most exhilarating phase of exponential growth.

Ideally, you will have been the top salesperson at multiple companies before, including early-stage Fintechs. You will know what it takes to succeed at this stage of business and you will be prepared to put the work in from the get-go. You'll have a positive, optimistic outlook on life and the ability and desire to motivate others. No lone wolves and no big egos, please.

Requirements

About the Role:

  • Identify, secure, and manage relationships with clients at the highest level (CEO/CFO) across the UK and Europe, effectively negotiating and persuading potential clients of the value that Navro can add to their business.
  • Generate revenue from clients, and achieve pre-agreed targets on customer flows, revenues, and profitability.
  • Demonstrate business development and consultative selling skills with results orientation to meet/exceed assigned financial and customer satisfaction goals
  • Pro-actively hunt for opportunities yourself and work closely with the internal sales development resources to drive new business
  • Consistently deliver revenue targets - ensuring company revenue goals, and objectives are achieved quarter over quarter and year over year.
  • Identify and leverage strategic partnerships with current and prospective businesses to cultivate and manage partner, distribution, and channel relationships.
  • Communicate with sales people, shared support services, and external partners with the goal of expanding Navro’s global reach.
  • Become the industry champion within your targeted sectors and represent Navro at trade shows, conferences, industry meetings, etc.
  • Gather daily market information including reading daily B2B payment commentary and future prediction, industry-related subscriptions, and other
  • Be a strategic thinker who can take broad visions and concepts and then develop and execute structured plans, actions, and measurable metrics to achieve them.
  • Accurately forecast quarterly and annual revenue numbers and dedicate yourself to achieving those numbers and deadlines.
  • Provide analytical reporting to monitor all aspects of the account, understanding key drivers, learnings, and trends to build on future volume

Essential Requirements:

  • A proven track record of 10+ years at the top of your game within a Fintech purely as a new business hunter – ideally an EMI within Europe
  • Experienced in managing and closing complex sales cycles that have a multi-year contract of seven figures that can be demonstrated with clear an outcome that has exceeded goals, with a proven record of significant revenue generation and a target that has been exceeded YoY
  • A robust network of contacts and a strong understanding of collections, FX, and pay-outs is essential – you must have sold all three
  • Commercially focused and pragmatic, able to identify opportunities and propose solutions
  • Ability to understand and tailor the approach to individual customers with empathy, effectively playing the role of problem-solver for the customer
  • Data-driven and analytical mindset whilst also being fully accountable for your success
  • Results-oriented, client-focused and outrageously obsessed with delivering value
  • Self-motivated, adept in working individually and as part of a global team
  • Ability to develop profitable pricing strategies coupled with a sales ability (internal and external) focusing on creating a positive first impression and demonstrating professionalism, industry knowledge, and technological capability

We are a remote-first business however, most of our team comes into the office 1-2 days a week depending on their role for in-person collaboration. Whoever takes on this role should be comfortable with commuting into our London office.
