Requirements
- Prior people leader experience, management or supervisor preferably in processing or underwriting environments (commercial lines, middle market)
- Five years of related insurance experience preferred
- Multiple state licensing with continuing education where required
- Undergraduate studies highly desirable
- Leadership skills, competencies and experiences
