As the AVP of Pet Sales, you will report directly to the Chief Pet Officer and be instrumental in the company's future vision, strategies, policies, associate engagement, and achievement of revenue and profitability targets. You will be responsible for the successful performance of a team that will develop and implement sales programs, including partner relations, integration, and service delivery.
Requirements
- 10+ years of professional experience leading high performing sales organizations, ideally in complex and dynamic environment like insurance, with proven success of sales team enablement and partner program management
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in a Business, Marketing, or related field
- Proven ability to operate within a matrix environment, collaborate with various stakeholders in different functions effectively and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
