The Military Base Enrollment Advisor is responsible for the prospective student experience from inquiry to vested as students come to their assigned military base. They manage a pipeline of potential student inquiries, assist in the decision-making process, and ensure compliance with the Military Base Memorandum of Understandings.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree is preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required
- 1-2 years of Customer Service experience required
- Experience working on a team and using ‘call center’ software
- Education/Consultative sales experience preferred
- Military Affiliation preferred
