Nas Company is seeking a Global HeadHunter to help scale their Product and Engineering teams. The role involves managing end-to-end recruitment processes, sourcing candidates, and facilitating communication between candidates and hiring teams.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Recruitment (at least 3 years from SaaS company)
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Familiarity working with ATS systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Chinese - big advantage)
- High level of professionalism, ethics, and confidentiality
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of labour laws and regulations related to recruitment and hiring
