Job Description : Java Developer - Key Requirements: - Solid understanding of Java: Over 3 years of JAVA development experience, with a good understanding of IO, threads, collections, and other basic frameworks. - Business Domain Knowledge: Familiarity with the business logic of scan-to-order and e-commerce systems, with experience in core business modules such as orders, payments, products, and inventory, and a deep understanding of these areas. - Framework Proficiency: Proficient in developing with Spring, Spring Boot, and components within the Spring ecosystem. - Microservices & Distributed Systems: Knowledgeable about mainstream Java microservices architectures (Spring Cloud/Dubbo) and principles of distributed system design. - Design & Coding Practices: Familiar with common design patterns, and possesses good object-oriented analysis, design, and development capabilities and thinking, as well as good coding habits. - Data Structures & Algorithms: Familiar with common data structures and algorithms. - Backend Components: Familiar with mainstream backend open-source components (RDBMS/REDIS/NOSQL/MQ/JOB, etc.), with in-depth knowledge of at least one or more, and experience in optimization and troubleshooting. - Linux & Scripting: Knowledgeable about Linux systems, scripting languages, and familiar with common command lines. Essential skills: 1. JDK21 2. Reactive web framework 3. Document based NoSQL 4. Kafka Message Queue
