Who You Are
You’re a hands-on leader who thrives in the field and takes pride in building high-performing teams that deliver excellence on every job. You’ve spent years mastering the craft of structured cabling—both copper and fiber—and know what it takes to get a complex infrastructure project done safely, on time, and to spec. Your leadership style blends technical expertise with mentorship and accountability: you set clear expectations, support your people, and hold them to a high standard of quality and professionalism. You’re as comfortable walking a job site as you are in a client meeting, and you know how to translate technical execution into operational success.

This role is both strategic and tactical—balancing oversight of day-to-day field operations with the long-term growth of the cabling team. You’ll partner closely with Project Managers, Technical Leads, and clients to ensure every project is completed to specification, on schedule, and within budget, while fostering a culture of excellence across all field teams.
