We are looking for an AI Enablement Manager (m/f/d) - Product & Engineering to act as the central nervous system of our AI strategy. You will define the culture of how our company interacts with Artificial Intelligence, ensure our investment in AI translates into actual operational efficiency, and automate complex workflows that drive our company’s efficiency.

• Maintain documentation and ensure roadmap is organized and transparent
• Define "what good looks like" and train teams to use AI effectively
• Standardize AI outputs to ensure consistency across the company
