- Estimated Salary (Levels have variable responsibilities and qualifications):
- Business Systems Consultant I: $80,000 - $90,000, plus annual bonus opportunity.
- Business Systems Consultant II: $93,000 - $100,000, plus annual bonus opportunity.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Lead change management, clarify approach to business stakeholders, and gain acceptance across units.
- Develop comprehensive communication and training plans.
- Conduct stakeholder sessions to outline key requirements for enhancing product and service effectiveness.
- Plan and oversee product development timelines and milestones to meet market demands.
- Facilitate information gathering and assess results, comparing current state with the desired future state, providing gap analysis and actionable recommendations.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING:
- Three or more years of experience in business analysis or project management with a focus on change management.
- Experience applying processes, tools and techniques to meet or exceed business objectives including familiarity with change management and Agile Scrum processes.
- Experience delivering projects on time with clear organization and high attention to detail.
- Clear communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to maintain flexibility and adapt in a rapidly changing environment. Strong learning and critical thinking skills.
- You promote a culture of diversity and inclusion, value different ideas and opinions, and listen courageously, remaining curious in all that you do.
- Able to work remotely with access to a high-speed internet connection and located in the United States or Puerto Rico.
PREFERRED:
- Experience working in group insurance.
- Experience supporting leaders and teams through complex changes.
- Experience working with development and engineering teams.
