As an Associate Product Owner/Product Owner, you will partner with cross‑functional delivery teams, business stakeholders, and Agile Release Train team members to prioritize and deliver enhancements to our Workplace Solutions Salesforce platform. You will own and manage the team backlog, define features aligned to the Salesforce vision and roadmap, and translate business and operational needs into clearly defined user stories with acceptance criteria.

In this role, you will work closely with business partners and subject matter experts to understand end‑to‑end processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and ensure Salesforce solutions solve real problems for customers and associates. You will balance near‑term delivery with longer‑term product goals and make informed trade‑off decisions that maximize value and support strategic outcomes.

Your work directly enables the delivery of high‑quality Salesforce solutions that improve the end‑to‑end experience, strengthen operational efficiency, and ensure the Workplace Solutions Salesforce platform continues to evolve in alignment with organizational priorities.

WHAT WE CAN OFFER:

  • Estimated Salary: (Levels have variable responsibilities and qualifications):

    • Assoc Product Owner: $86,000 - $105,000 plus annual bonus opportunity.

    • Product Owner: $97,000 - $115,000 plus annual bonus opportunity.

  • 401(k) plan with a 2% company contribution and 6% company match.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Drive Product Solutions: Lead cross-functional teams and Agile Release Train resources to deliver high-value product solutions aligned with strategic visions, ensuring consistent customer value delivery.

  • Backlog Prioritization: Manage and refine product backlogs by balancing business value, stakeholder input, and strategic priorities to achieve impactful outcomes.

  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with ART leadership, business owners, subject matter experts, and other Product Owners to define and refine features, ensure there is clear acceptance criteria and seamless communication across teams.

  • Agile Leadership: Act as a Product Owner for Agile Release Train teams, participate in planning, demos, retrospectives, and ceremonies to enhance product quality and team velocity.

  • Monitor Business Outcomes: Oversee business outcomes to ensure completion of the feature/epic and communicate impacts of delivery challenges with stakeholders. Make necessary adjustments in prioritization and partner to resolve impacts which may include descoping/deselecting other work.

  • Communication: Ensure seamless transitions to operations through clear communications which may include training business areas on enhancements or new features.

  • Risk Mitigation: Partner with system delivery team to identify and address risks, escalate and resolve issues to keep projects on track to align business goals.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

  • 5 years of experience in a business role or as a Product Owner/Product Manager/Business Analyst, demonstrated expertise to lead product development, prioritize workflows, and deliver successful outcomes in alignment with business strategies.

  • Experience with Salesforce capabilities and the ability to apply them effectively to support and improve business processes.

  • Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and drive alignment across stakeholders.

  • Proven ability to coordinate multiple teams and business owners across complex initiatives.

  • Proven ability to manage scope and enable on‑time delivery by prioritizing work, sequencing features, and partnering with delivery teams to meet program increment and iteration objectives.

PREFFERRED:

  • Up-to-date knowledge of emerging technologies, including API integrations and modern system architectures.

  • Hands‑on experience with Salesforce implementations or enhancements in a complex enterprise environment.

  • Experience supporting customerfacing or operational systems in a complex or regulated environment with high availability and reliability expectations.

  • Hands on experience supporting service cloud and/or experience cloud
