The Strategic Accounts Manager is responsible for developing new business relationships and serving as the first level of support to existing clients. The Strategic Accounts Manager serves as a point of contact for the prospective client and is expected to provide excellent consultation services. The person in this role will represent client needs and goals internally within Mujin to ensure successful proposals. In addition, you will develop relationships with prospective and existing clients to encourage new and repeat business opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Expand our strategic account opportunities
- Establish strong, long-term client relationships
- Communicate with prospective clients on a regular basis and respond to specific queries
- Suggest solutions and innovative ideas to meet client needs
- Act as the liaison between prospective clients and internal teams
- Identify and approach new applications within strategic accounts
- Monitor sales performance metrics
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual reports and forecasts
Requirements:
- BSc degree in Sales, Business Administration or relevant field
- Proven work experience as a strategic account manager
- Solid sales experience in B2B environment
- Hands on experience with CRM software and Account management systems
- Understanding of sales performance metrics
- An ability to address customer requests in a timely manner
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an aptitude for building strong client relationships
- Strong negotiation skills with a problem-solving attitude
- Availability to travel as needed
