Your Profile
Experience. At least 2–4 years of hands-on experience in finance operations, billing, preferably in a B2B setup.
Process & Precision. Highly structured, detail-oriented, and accountable for data accuracy, invoicing, and on-time payments.
Tools & Systems. High confidence working with CRM, billing, and payment tools is a must. Experience with HubSpot, Easybill, Agicap, Stripe, or similar systems is strongly preferred.
Contracts & Payments. Solid understanding of commercial contracts, invoicing logic, and payment flows, including recurring billing and service periods.
Customer Communication.Professional, friendly, and solution-oriented communication with customers on payment topics.
Tax & Compliance. Familiarity with German and EU tax requirements.
Languages. Business-fluent English and German (C1 level).
Education. A bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration or similar.
Remote Readiness. Comfortable workingindependentlywith a high level of ownership.
What You Will Do
Manage and maintain customer, contract, and billing data across systems.
Oversee approximately 250 outgoing invoices per month (e.g. via Easybill).
Handle contracts, contract changes, and cancellations.
Monitor incoming payments via bank and payment providers (e.g. Stripe) and assign them correctly.
Spot missing or delayed payments and follow up proactively.
Handle payment follow-ups in a professional, friendly, and solution-oriented way, with a focus on maintaining strong customer relationships.
Collaborate closely with external accounting and tax advisors.
Support the implementation and optimization of finance, billing, and CRM tools.
Maintain a clear, reliable contract and billing database.
You don’t need to be a CFO, but you do know how finance operations work.
