The development department is divided into product-based teams, all using variants on Kanban for project prioritisation and a focus on continuous delivery, mostly with usage of microservices.
We are looking for a technically strong and organised senior developer to join the team responsible for systems related to Customer Experience and Customer Service. Most of these systems have internal customers, however there are some directly customer-facing elements as well.
Key Responsibilities
As a Senior C# Developer, you can demonstrate consistent, reliable performance and bring a pragmatic approach to problem-solving. You’ll be confident in mentoring junior developers, while continuing to broaden your own skills. Although working as a small team you’ll be able to take ownership of projects and deliver high-quality solutions with limited oversight. This role can offer an opportunity and clear pathway to develop towards a Lead Developer position.

We would like to meet someone who is
· C# in a commercial environment.
· Minimum 5 years of solid C# in a commercial environment
· Minimum 3/4 year’s commercial experience of React/TypeScript
· Produces initial results rapidly and iterate based upon feedback.
· Knowledge of microservice design principles – preferably with commercial experience.
· Effective communicator and Excellent communication skills.
· Makes pragmatic implementation decisions and can fail fast if an approach is not working.
· Understands projects and project goals in depth.
· Experience or willingness of mentoring junior members of a team.
