Job Description

The intern position will be a member of the team that develops integrations between Motorola's products and third party products. As a MuleSoft Developer intern, you will be responsible for developing and implementing integrations using the MuleSoft platform. Experience with Mulesoft platform is not demanded; the internship will cover all necessary trainings.

You will work in a multidisciplinary team to ensure that integrations are produced with high quality and within established deadlines. You are expected to be able to understand business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.

Having knowledge of integrations with backend systems such as databases, file systems and web services is important. Common tools and technologies include RESTful and SOAP APIs, websockets, Cloud services (specially Azure and GCP) and SQL and NoSQL databases.

• Develop and implement integrations using the MuleSoft platform;

• Collaborate with business and IT teams to understand integration requirements;

• Design, develop and maintain APIs using MuleSoft;

• Test and validate the developed integrations;

• Document the implemented technical solutions.

Basic Requirements

Availability of 6 hours shift daily

Eager to learn

Team player

Must be able to obtain background clearance as required by government customer

Additional qualifications that would be a plus:

Any experience with professional software development

Any experience with relational databases

Knowledge of Agile Software Development practices
