Manager Technical Training Silvus (Denmark offsite)

The Manager Technical Training reports to the Director International Sales & Business Development. The role is responsible for designing, owning, and executing the Sales Onboarding & Enablement Program, leading training sessions, and developing high-impact training materials.

Requirements

• Technical background with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in telecommunications or advanced IP Networking.
• 3+ years of experience in Technical Enablement or Sales Operations.
• Exceptional communication skills to bridge the gap between complex engineering and operational sales scenarios.
• Drive and energy to drive projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Hands-on mentality to master the gear personally.
