• Commitment to quality, with extensive experience designing and maintaining robust test suites
• Experience working closely with internal stakeholders, with strong communication skills and ability to translate needs into well-structured solutions
• Background in smaller-scale environments, with pragmatic decision-making and thoughtful trade-offs
