Virtual Assistant 10 Hours per Week (IC-OL)

NEEDS

• Manage emails
• Elevate urgent matters
• Manage bookkeeping
• Collect W9s and send to Accounting
• Send out logos and graphics to product catalogs of potential buyers and manage orders
• Manage communications to social media person when needed
• Do various projects as needed
• Platforms:
  • Gmail
  • Canva

Requirements

• Experience as an Executive Assistant to C-level / VP (a must)
• Trustworthy and able to keep information confidential (a must)
• Ability to be in 33009 1-2 days per month (a plus)
• Preferred method of communication is text / email
• Boss Bee
• Manage up
• Intuitively organized
• Tech savvy
• 10 hours per week
