Requirements
- Clinical background (e.g. MD, RN, or equivalent registered Health Care Professional)
- Experience in medical affairs, ideally within wound care
- Strong clinical expertise in chronic wound management
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives
- Excellent communication and influencing skills across senior stakeholders
- Strong scientific and analytical capability
- Strong understanding of research processes from conception to dissemination
- Demonstrated commercial awareness and ability to connect clinical work to business impact
- Credibility with healthcare professionals and external stakeholders
- Fluency in English
