Requirements
- Leads all stages of the software development lifecycle
- Architects software solutions and prepares functional and design documentation
- Participates in code reviews and conducts unit and functional testing
- Develops new software using various programming and scripting languages
- Maintains and enhances business applications in both client-server and web-based environments
- Collaborates with stakeholders to set policies for coding, review, and design
- Provides technical expertise to support teams in resolving customer issues
- Works within an agile development methodology and performs the role of scrum master
- Identifies and resolves software performance issues
- Delivers product demonstrations to leadership and stakeholders
- Conducts periodic technology overview and training sessions
