Mobius Renewables

Mobius Renewables is a global, vertically integrated low-carbon fuels platform accelerating the development, production, distribution, and commercialization of renewable natural gas (RNG) at scale across North America and Europe. Established in December 2025 by funds managed by IFM Investors, the company transforms organic waste - including landfill waste, agricultural waste, food waste, and industrial organic waste - into carbon-negative RNG, creating measurable decarbonization impact.

The company develops, owns, and operates a portfolio of assets that capture methane emissions from diverse waste streams and converts them into low-carbon intensity RNG. With over 50 operational RNG facilities globally, Mobius Renewables delivers 5.5 million MMBtu of clean energy annually, reducing 438,500 MTCO₂e each year. Their operations span the entire RNG value chain: capturing methane and CO₂ from feedstock sources, treating and purifying the gas with industry-leading technology to achieve pipeline-quality RNG, and delivering it through compression, transportation, and pipeline injection for commercial, industrial, and transportation customers seeking to achieve their sustainability and net-zero goals.
