What will you do at MMDSmart?

• Provide comprehensive support for deals coordinated by Account Managers, including sending quotations, offering promotional suggestions, and handling technical configurations;
• Deliver exceptional customer assistance by informing clients of relevant changes and aiding in the resolution of their issues through collaboration with our Quality Assurance, Support, and Analytics Teams;
• Engage in project work focused on enhancing internal processes and fostering productive relationships with our suppliers.

You are a perfect match if you have:

• Proficiency in English at an Upper-Intermediate level;
• Attention to detail and ability to focus;
• A passion for learning and the ability to swiftly assimilate extensive information;
• Basic computer skills (knowledge of Excel would be an advantage);
• Strong desire to develop in tech industry
