Protocol Integration Engineer - Stablecoin Platform

Location: Remote - US (Would consider South America/Canada/Europe if can overlap with EST time zone.

Compensation: $170K - $200K

We are a pioneering stablecoin platform that provides developers with a superior digital-dollar building block ($\$M$) to create customized stablecoins in minutes, enabling businesses to monetize their digital dollar use cases. We are seeking an experienced Protocol Integration Engineer to join our growing team. This role is crucial for enhancing our framework, supporting technical partners, and ensuring the quality and consistency of integrations across our ecosystem.

You will serve as the bridge between our core protocol and our partners, driving the successful integration and customization of our stablecoin extension frameworks. You will be responsible for adjusting core code, enhancing APIs, providing technical education, and ensuring all partner integrations adhere to the highest standards of quality and security.

Key Responsibilities:

• Framework Customization: Adjust existing Solidity and/or Rust (Solana) Extensions Frameworks to meet the specific technical and compliance needs of external partners.
• API/SDK Maintenance: Maintain and enhance API/SDKs and Web3 infrastructure projects in TypeScript to meet demanding partner requirements.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure the consistency and quality of all partner extensions and integrations across the platform.
• Education & Documentation: Educate partners and their engineering teams about the core functionality of our frameworks, writing comprehensive documentation, test suites, and deployment scripts.
• Code Review: Participate in code and design reviews to ensure high quality, security, and performance across all protocol implementations.

Requirements

• Programming Skills: Strong programming skills with proficiency in TypeScript.
• Domain Knowledge: Proven proficiency in smart contract development and/or full-stack engineering.
• Industry Experience: Prior technical role at an established DeFi project.
• Protocols: Familiarity with DeFi protocols and cross-chain messaging protocols.
• Attributes: Proactive problem solver, collaborative communicator, and high level of autonomy with a delivery-focused, team-oriented mindset.
• Communication: Strong communication and writing skills; fluent in English.
