Senior Sales Representative

A day at MKS :

We are looking for our future Senior Sales Representative (remote job) in our company MKS ATOTECH based in Poznan to take care of our customers of the northern and center regions in Poland. You will play a key role as an expert in electro chemistry / electro plating, by being responsable of technical support to our customers, liaising with our sales/logistics/R&D/chemical/etc local and international teams and expanding our market searching for new customers. In this role you will report to our Sales Business Manager.

You will make an impact by:

• Ongoing cooperation with customers in the field of sales of technology and equipment for classical electroplating, as well as providing technical assistance to the customer
• Active acquisition of new customers (all of Poland)
• Ongoing market analysis
• Conducting the sales process from the moment of acquiring a customer through quoting and negotiations, up to the delivery of solutions and provision of technical assistance
• Post-sales support to the client, building long-term business relationships
• Cyclical preparation of reports in the CRM system

Your skills:

• Higher technical education, preferred majors: chemistry, chemical technology, biotechnology
• An expert knowledge in electro chemistry / electro plating / galvanic processes is essential for this job
• Good knowledge of English and Polish (mandatory)
• Experience in B2B sales and ability to negotiate (welcome)
• Knowledge of the surface treatment industry will be an added advantage
• Communication skills and ability to build relationships
• Self-reliance and good work organization
• Willingness to travel frequently on business (up to 50%)
• Driving license cat. B
