Requirements
- Lead cross-functional teams on various projects using Agile and Hybrid methods
- Actively remove or facilitate the removal of impediments that block the progress of program or product delivery
- Support and educate the Product Owner and their teams to ensure a healthy Product Backlog
- Partner and collaborate with internal teams, stakeholders, vendors, and dependent teams
- Manage and facilitate cross-functional team ceremonies to support development and product releases
- Champion and foster project change management processes and procedures
- Foster team accountability while ensuring the continual flow of high-quality value from the Release
- Ensure that projects follow standard operating policies, procedures, and best practices
- Assist in coaching leaders and scrum masters in lean or agile practices
- Exhibits a goal-driven aptitude to take on stretch goals and contribute towards firmwide Agile Transformation initiatives
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills, a pragmatic approach, and confidence to deliver projects in an environment undergoing significant transformation
- Creativity in problem-solving and communicating
- Self-motivated work ethic facilitation and managing activities throughout the various stages of the project lifecycle
- Pays attention to team needs and pivots his/ her approaches accordingly to support the delivery of business value
