Job Description

We are seeking a Front End Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will contribute to the customization of agent call functionality over the desktop. The project involves front-end development using React and integrating it with their own CRM through REST API, with a focus on recording data after each call in the CRM.

Responsibilities:

• Develop front-end and back-end web applications using JavaScript frameworks like React JS
• Write clean, well-organized, and reusable code and ensure code quality
• Troubleshoot and debug applications in a timely manner
• Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in web development
• Take part in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing
• taking part on migrating the agent desktop from the client part to the Amazon Connect.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with JavaScript and JavaScript frameworks, such as React.
• Knowledge of database systems such as MySQL, MongoDB, or PostgreSQL.
• Experience with Git and working in a collaborative environment.
• Good understanding of agile software development processes and methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot promptly.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to write clean, well-organized, and reusable code.
• Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
