Miratech is a global IT services and consulting company that brings together enterprise and start-up innovation. We are looking for a Delivery Process Coordinator to act as the process ambassador and data quality owner for a large-scale network consolidation program at a US-based Tier-2 Telco.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Project Coordination, PMO Support, ITSM, or Scrum Mastering within IT or infrastructure programs.
- Strong Jira User Skills: You don't need to be a backend Jira Administrator, but you must be a highly confident "Power User" (understanding JQL, bulk updates, dashboards, issue linking, and workflow statuses).
- High Emotional Intelligence & Diplomacy: Ability to successfully chase down missing information and enforce data quality rules with senior engineers while maintaining a positive, collaborative team atmosphere.
- Exceptional Attention to Detail: You naturally spot inconsistencies in data and care deeply about maintaining a pristine audit trail.
- Language: Upper-Intermediate to Advanced English (B2-C1), with strong written communication skills for internal collaboration.
