Ukraine onlyMirantis is looking for an experienced Technical Recruiter to support our global hiring across engineering, product, and customer-facing functions. This is a contract position for a strong individual contributor who can independently manage searches, build pipelines, and influence hiring outcomes in a distributed team.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in tech, ideally in cloud infrastructure, SaaS, or open-source environments
- Proven success in sourcing and closing candidates across a range of roles — including Product Managers, Account Executives, Pre-Sales Architects, and other Go-To-Market functions
- Experience partnering with hiring managers as a trusted advisor, providing strategic input on hiring decisions, not just coordinating logistics
- Skilled in LinkedIn Recruiter, outbound sourcing strategies, and talent market research
- Hands-on experience working with ATS tools (SmartRecruiters preferred)
- Ability to manage multiple roles independently, prioritize effectively, and own results from start to finish
- Excellent communication skills and ease in collaborating across time zones, teams, and cultures
