We are seeking bright, curious, and customer-focused Senior Professional Services Consultants who possess both strategic and tactical abilities and are driven to facilitate customer success.
This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with some of the brightest minds, both within MindTickle and our diverse range of customers in fast-growing industries.
Our Senior PS Consultants are MindTickle experts tasked with ensuring the successful delivery of solutions to customer enablement challenges using our SaaS platform. Leveraging extensive MindTickle product knowledge, best practices, and implementation experience, Senior PS Consultants accelerate customer time to value and ensure maximal utilization of MindTickle with our strategic and enterprise customer base.

Position Responsibilities

  • Advise Mindtickle customers on how to develop and implement a comprehensive sales engagement program, encompassing strategies, tactics, and tools for effectively driving seller performance
  • Assist customer stakeholders in utilizing performance data from Mindtickle and other sources to identify knowledge or skill gaps within their teams, and build enablement programs to address
  • Prepare and empower customer teams to effectively manage MindTickle, enabling key personnel (Program Managers, MindTickle Admins, Content Authors) and establishing necessary processes for autonomous success.
  • Provide expert guidance on platform configuration, including user administration, content organization, and analytics setup.
  • Cultivate trusted relationships with customer stakeholders through the development, execution, optimization, and evaluation of enablement programs.
  • Offer insights into communication and change management strategies to drive program adoption.
  • Ensure swift time to value and deliver successful deployments aligned with enablement/program goals, fostering a positive user experience.
  • Advise customer stakeholders on leveraging performance data to identify knowledge or skill gaps, recommending appropriate enablement strategies and KPIs.
  • Maintain meticulous records of time cards, project schedules, scope, risks, and dependencies.
  • Conduct strategic guidance and planning workshops for customer stakeholders.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Success, Product, Sales, and Marketing teams.
  • Contribute industry expertise through the development of case studies, webinars, and blog posts based on implementation experiences.
  • Provide feedback on process enhancements within the Customer Success organization.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 8+ years of experience in sales and/or sales enablement roles, demonstrating the application of customer-centric and value-based selling approaches
  • Experience in developing and implementing sales processes and methodologies focused on driving revenue growth
  • Strong analytical skills, capable of measuring the impact of sales engagement efforts on revenue goals
  • Proficient in project management, with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering collaborative work across teams
  • Must be based in PST (preferred), MST, CST - not accepting EST applications
