Technical Project Manager

The position focuses on technical leadership and delivery governance, not hands-on implementation.

• Strong experience delivering projects using agile methodologies.

• Agile or project management certifications such as PSM I, PSPO I, PMP are a plus.
• Solid understanding of modern technology stacks:

• Languages: Python, Java, .NET, JavaScript
  Frontend / Mobile: Angular, React / Next.js, Flutter, Swift, Kotlin
  Databases: PostgreSQL, MS SQL Server, MongoDB, DynamoDB, BigQuery
  Cloud: AWS, GCP, Azure

• Ability to review, challenge, and guide technical decisions made by engineering teams.

• Lead projects end to end: planning, execution, launch, and post-release support.

• Apply and optimize agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe.

• Manage scope, risks, dependencies, and delivery timelines.

• Build and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and automated reports for leadership visibility.

• Facilitate agile ceremonies and ensure continuous value delivery.

Technical Strategy & Oversight

• Provide technical guidance for projects involving AI, LLMs, and advanced data-driven solutions.
• Oversee architectural decisions for:

  • Cloud modernization and legacy system migration

  • Application optimization and scalability

• Review designs and best practices related to:

  • Microservices and serverless architectures

  • Clean / Hexagonal Architecture, DDD

  • Event-driven systems

  • DevOps and CI/CD pipelines

• Work with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, and Azure at a design and governance level.

Business & Stakeholder Management

• Manage project budgets, contracts, and delivery efficiency.

• Translate complex technical initiatives into clear business value.

• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and propose new initiatives.
• Act as a key point of contact for senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
