About the roleWe are looking for a Senior Data Engineer who can act as a strong troubleshooter and problem-solver, for an initial 4-week analysis phase, with a likely extension into a remediation and implementation phase.

This opportunity is open globally, but candidates must be available to work between 9:00 AM 3:00 PM CT.

Start date: ASAP

Initial term:4 weeks (with possibility of extension)

Location: Mexico and Colombia

Requirements· 5+ years in data engineering or database architecture

Strong SQL and relational database optimization (indexing, query performance)
Experience with ETL pipelines and data quality frameworks
Proven track record in systematic root cause analysis
Familiarity with BI tools (Power BI preferred)
Experience implementing data monitoring and alerting systems
Ability to communicate technical findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders

Nice to Have

· Azure data stack experience

Healthcare or pharmaceutical industry experience
Experience with marketing/campaign analytics data
Experience building scalable, centralized data layers or APIs
