We are looking for a Mobile Tech Lead to lead the modernization of their mobile experience. This role will focus on delivering a one-to-one functional rewrite of an existing iOS application using a modern, scalable architecture, while working closely with internal mobile, backend, QA, and product teams.

The ideal candidate combines a strong technical background and the ability to translate complex technology into scalable, commercially viable solutions.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in mobile engineering with architecture ownership.
• Strong, hands-on production experience with React Native.
• Proven experience in modernizing existing mobile platforms.
• Deep experience with API-driven mobile architectures (REST & GraphQL).
• Experience leading cross-team delivery in enterprise environments.

Responsibilities:

• Owning and defining the mobile platform architecture using React Native (single codebase, cross-platform).
• Leading the modernization of an existing e-commerce mobile application (not a greenfield project).
• Designing a scalable, multi-brand mobile architecture with reusable components.
• Integrating with enterprise systems via GraphQL and REST APIs (catalog, checkout, CMS, authentication).
• Establishing best practices for mobile architecture, state management, API-first integrations, and automated testing.
• Leading code reviews and mentoring senior and mid-level engineers.
• Acting as a technical bridge between delivery teams and engineering leadership.
• Ensuring production-ready solutions (scalable, testable, CI/CD friendly).
