About the Role

Our client is leading a strategic Atlassian migration project, moving its Jira and Confluence environments from on-premises Data Center licensing to Atlassian Cloud.
The goal: improved scalability, stronger security, and reduced maintenance costs.
️ Migration deadline: February 2026 (with potential for extension).

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with technical teams and business users to document current workflows, integrations, and dependencies.

  • Define and validate requirements for data migration, configuration, and user access.

  • Coordinate efforts across internal teams, Atlassian support, and third-party vendors.

  • Track project progress, manage risks, and provide transparent reporting.

  • Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders, ensuring alignment and clear communication.

  • Support configuration, governance setup, and training for the Atlassian Cloud environment.

Ideal Candidate

4+ years experience in Business Analysis, Project Coordination, or Technical PM roles.
Strong understanding of Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence, Cloud migrations).
Proven success working in cross-functional, remote teams.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Fluent in English (written & spoken).

Project Goals

  • Reduce internal support costs via SaaS automation and built-in recovery.

  • Strengthen data protection with Atlassian Clouds encryption, SCIM integration, and SOC2 compliance.

  • Optimize licensing through usage-based cost alignment.
