Toloka AI is hiring a Senior Consultant - AI Training & Evaluation to build domain-specific reinforcement learning environments and tasks for top-tier firms. The role requires 3+ years of experience at a top-tier strategy consulting firm, such as McKinsey & Company, Boston Consulting Group, or Bain & Company. The consultant will design structured consulting tasks for AI agents and define evaluation criteria and quality standards. This is a remote, project-based role focused on analytical design and evaluation.

• Ability to translate vague problems into clear analytical steps and deliverables
• High attention to logical consistency and output quality
