Mindrift is seeking Python developers to join a project focused on developing Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers and internal tools for evaluating agent behavior. The role involves developing evaluation tools, integrating with internal and client infrastructures, and collaborating with QA and writing teams. This is a part-time, remote position based in Brazil.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of Python development experience
  • Experience building APIs, testing frameworks, or protocol-based interfaces
  • Understanding of Docker, Linux CLI, and HTTP-based communication
  • Ability to integrate new tools into existing infrastructures
  • Knowledge of LLM agents and prompt-execution
