Mindrift is looking for skilled Low-Code Automation Engineers to join the Tendem project and build robust automation workflows within a hybrid AI + human environment. The role requires experience in low-code automation platforms, workflow architecture, and JavaScript-based customization.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in low-code/no-code automation, workflow development, or software development
- Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related technical fields
- Strong experience working with APIs, webhooks, and data exchange formats within automation platforms
- Experience building reliable automation workflows with proper error handling, retries, logging, and validation mechanisms
- Demonstrated experience building scalable, fault-tolerant automation workflows across multiple tools and platforms
- Strong understanding of API limitations within automation tools (rate limits, pagination, authentication) and performance optimization techniques
- English proficiency: Upper-intermediate (B2) or above
