Mindrift is looking for skilled Low-Code Automation Engineers to join the Tendem project and build robust automation workflows within a hybrid AI + human environment. The role requires experience in low-code automation platforms, workflow architecture, and JavaScript-based customization.

Requirements

At least 3 years of relevant experience in low-code/no-code automation, workflow development, or software development
Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related technical fields
Strong experience working with APIs, webhooks, and data exchange formats within automation platforms
Experience building reliable automation workflows with proper error handling, retries, logging, and validation mechanisms
Demonstrated experience building scalable, fault-tolerant automation workflows across multiple tools and platforms
Strong understanding of API limitations within automation tools (rate limits, pagination, authentication) and performance optimization techniques
English proficiency: Upper-intermediate (B2) or above
