AtMindrift is a platform that connects specialists with AI projects from major tech innovators. As an AI Trainer, you'll have the opportunity to collaborate on projects, analyze code, and contribute to shaping the future of AI.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Software Development, Computer Science, or other related fields
  • At least 3 years of professional experience with Python
  • 1+ year of hands-on experience with Rust
  • Experience with PyO3/maturin for Python-Rust interoperability
  • Experience with automated testing (unit/integration) and benchmarking
  • Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD for hybrid Python-Rust apps
  • Solid understanding of systems programming (memory management, concurrency)
  • Advanced level of English (C1) or above
