Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Software Development, Computer Science, or other related fields
• At least 3 years of professional experience with Python and 1+ year of hands-on experience with Rust
• Experience with PyO3/maturin for Python-Rust interoperability, automated testing (unit/integration), and benchmarking
• Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD for hybrid Python-Rust apps
• Solid understanding of systems programming (memory management, concurrency)
• Advanced English language proficiency (C1) or above
