Mindrift is seeking a talented Freelance Software Developer specializing in Kotlin to join their AI Training program. The role involves generating prompts, evaluating AI responses, and refining model outputs, contributing to the development of ethically shaped AI. This is a part-time, remote position available to candidates residing in specified countries.

Requirements

  • Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
  • Bachelor’s degree accepted with 3 years experience (or equivalent)
  • Advanced English fluency (C1+)
  • Knowledge of JVM ecosystem and Java
  • Proficiency with Android SDK, Jetpack Compose, modern architecture (MVVM, Clean Architecture)
  • Familiarity with DI frameworks (Dagger/Hilt/Koin)
  • CI/CD pipelines, Docker, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
  • Ability to leverage AI-assisted development tools
